My journey began in 1999 as a kennel technician, evolving through roles like Lead Veterinary Technician and Practice Manager, where I honed my skills in clinical care, team leadership, and operations.

In 2016, I earned my Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation, sharpening my expertise in veterinary management. That foundation led me to oversee operations as a Hospital Administrator for a multi-location emergency and referral hospital, driving excellence in patient care and team development.

Now, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Vet Pro Talent, I’m thrilled to leverage my 17+ years of hands-on experience—enhanced by our merger with Veterinary Solutions Services (VSS)—to optimize practice operations, strengthen teams, and match skilled veterinarians with the right opportunities.
