Veterinary Solut!ons Services (“VSS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to
protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
and safeguard your personal information when you interact with us—
including when you submit information through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms or
our website.

1) Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, hospital name, role/title.
  • Business information: your veterinary hospital’s interests, service needs, or messages you send us.
  • Technical information: IP address, device/browser data, and cookies/analytics when you visit our site.

We do not ask for or want sensitive data (e.g., health, racial/ethnic origin,
political or religious beliefs, union membership, sexual orientation,
government IDs, financial account info, or data about minors).

2) How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • Schedule and conduct insight calls and consulting sessions.
  • Send resources, updates, and event information only if you have opted in to marketing emails.

Additional legal basis for collecting information include, but are not limited to:

3) LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

  • 90-day export: LinkedIn makes form submissions available in-platform for ~90 days. We securely export and store your submission in our systems for ongoing business purposes consistent with this Policy.
  • No sensitive questions: We do not request sensitive categories of data in our forms.
  • Your choices: If you request to opt out of communications or deletion of your form data, we will honor the request promptly.

4) Sharing of Information

  • No sale of data: We do not and will never sell your personal information.
  • Service providers: We may share information with trusted vendors (e.g., email platforms, CRM, scheduling, analytics, website hosting) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Legal: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5) Your Choices & Rights

  • Marketing opt-in: We send marketing/educational emails only if you opt in (you can withdraw consent anytime).
  • Unsubscribe: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

LinkedIn Leads: After LinkedIn’s 90-day in-platform availability window, we keep a secure copy in our systems in accordance with this Policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to
protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100%
secure, but we continuously improve our protections.

8) Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand site performance and
improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser
