Hi there! I’m Melissa Lutz Augustini, and with over 25 years of experience in the veterinary industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every aspect of my work. My diverse background includes roles in veterinary practices, medical sales, management, and recruiting, giving me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.

As a Founding Partner at Vet Pro Talent, I’ve focused on connecting veterinarians with roles that match their strengths while helping practices build exceptional teams—skills I’m thrilled to expand through our exciting merger with Veterinary Solutions Services (VSS). My hands-on experience drives my insights into what makes teams thrive, how to cultivate strong clinic cultures, and why wellbeing is key when pairing the right professionals with the right opportunities.

Outside of work, I’m a trail runner—often with one of my three dogs by my side—and you’ll also find me in the gym, enjoying the mountains or beach, and living life with my husband and our active pack. I’m dedicated to forging lasting partnerships that elevate practices, empower professionals, and enhance pet care nationwide.
