I’m Becca Keiser, Program Manager at Veterinary Solutions Services. I am passionate about helping organizations—and the people within them—thrive. With over a decade of experience across diverse sectors including non-profits, higher education, the federal government, global corporations, small businesses, and startups, I’ve supported teams to develop intentional people and operation strategies and meaningful cultures to fuel long-term success.

As a certified HR Organizational Development Practitioner, HR Generalist, and Extraordinary Teams Inventory Practitioner, I specialize in strengthening team dynamics, streamlining processes, and aligning programs with organizational goals. My focus is on driving results through sustainable practices, effective communication, and a people-centered approach. I love creating collaborative environments where ideas flow freely and individuals are empowered to make a lasting impact.

I hold a Master of Science in Intercultural Communication for Business and the Professions from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University. This foundation, paired with extensive experience, equips me with a unique lens on communication, culture, and change management. I’m driven by the opportunity to connect with people, unlock potential, and design systems that foster clarity, collaboration, and sustainable success—approaching every challenge with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to positive momentum.

Outside of work, I’m an adventurer at heart. I’ve lived in fived countries, hiked the Precipice Trail in Acadia National Park, and even served as an international student host parent. I enjoy book clubs, afternoon tea, nature walks, and water aerobics—activities that keep me grounded and bring joy to my everyday life.
