We begin with the SOS Burnout & Resilience Index (SBRI), a proprietary veterinary-specific assessment that evaluates the key factors influencing wellbeing across your team. It establishes your baseline and identifies your highest-impact priorities.

Six-Month Learning & Development Pathway
Each month focuses on a new theme — trauma-informed leadership, psychological safety, workflow and efficiency, resilience, financial wellbeing, and integration. Participants complete a guided learning module and receive tools for real-world application.

Facilitated Group Learning Sessions
Once a month, your designated participant attends a virtual group learning session with a VSS consultant and other cohort members to deepen understanding, share challenges, and build skills collaboratively.

Monthly Application & Integration Meetings
Each month also includes a second consultant-led session focused on applying what was learned. These meetings translate theory into practice with step-by-step guidance and accountability.

Midpoint & Final SBRI Assessments
Your team completes the SBRI again at the program midpoint and conclusion to measure progress, identify improvement areas, and build a strategy for sustained wellbeing long after the program ends.
