Welcome! I’m Dr. Mel Striyle, Senior Vice President of Medical Solutions and Co-Founder of Veterinary Solut!ons Services (VSS). With over 30 years in the veterinary field, I’m passionate about equipping veterinary professionals with the skills and support they need to excel.

At VSS, I lead the creation of innovative training and coaching programs designed for every career stage, from new graduates to seasoned practitioners. My path—from veterinary assistant to practice owner and educational leader—has shaped my commitment to fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.
I’ve held roles as Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, and faculty member, and I’ve been privileged to share insights through speaking engagements and publications. These experiences fuel my drive to push the boundaries of veterinary education.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, diving into crafting projects, and seeking underwater adventures as a scuba diver. Our home is kept lively by two loyal dogs and a mischievous cat who add plenty of personality to daily life.
