Hi there! I’m Mary LeMay, Senior Vice President of Consulting Solutions and Co-Founder of Veterinary Solutions Services. I am deeply passionate about empowering veterinary professionals to achieve sustainable growth, financial security, and operational excellence. With over a decade of experience in clinic management, I’ve honed my expertise in inventory systems, human resources, client experience, and team development. This hands-on background gives me a unique perspective and a practical approach to solving the challenges veterinary practices face today.

In my role, I lead a dedicated team committed to delivering innovative and tailored consulting services designed to address the unique challenges of the veterinary industry. My focus is on driving meaningful results through strategic leadership, advanced tools and technologies, and personalized solutions. I thrive on helping practices build sustainable frameworks for growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster environments where teams can truly thrive.

In addition to my consulting work, I enjoy hosting webinars and participating in speaking engagements to share strategies, insights, and practical tools. Through these platforms, I’m able to support veterinary professionals across the country by addressing key industry challenges and inspiring innovation and growth.

As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I bring a unique perspective to my work by integrating team wellbeing into business operations. This combination allows me to create people-centered organizations that prioritize resilience, collaboration, and purpose-driven success.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to six incredible kids, along with two energetic American bulldogs who keep life exciting! In my downtime, you’ll find me traveling, enjoying outdoor adventures, or boxing to stay active and focused. These personal passions infuse my work with balance, energy, and a fresh perspective.
